To win any race, hold down the Triangle button during a race and hit Up, Down, Left, Right on the directional pad.
Unlock Everything
At the main menu, hold L1 and R1, and press Right, Right, Right and Right to unlock everything.
Unlock All tracks
Go to the main menu and HOLD R1 + L1 and press Up, Up, Up, Up.
Unlock All Parts
Go to the main menu and HOLD R1 + L1 and press Left, Left, Left, Left.
Unlock All Characters
Go to the main menu and HOLD R1 + L1 and press Down, Down, Down, Down.
